AHU Reset Trends: for a selected AHU, display trends relevant to evaluating the operation of supply air temperature and discharge air pressure resets.
Archibus Spaces: information from Archibus is imported into SkySpark and updated by a weekly task. These duplicated Archibus records can be grouped and associated with SkySpark zone spaces, in order to make information such as area and room category available in SkySpark.
Custom Trend Viewer: display selected trends, and apply pre-configured formatting and grouping, for example using specific trend colors based on the source history point's tags.
Formulas: generate calculated histories based on configurable formula records.
Logger Calibration: register thermal bath calibration or humidity calibration period, and produce bulk calibration error results for multiple logger probes, typically used for HoboLink loggers.
Maximo Work Orders: search Maximo work orders, display a list of matching work orders or details of a selected work order (read-only). Work order information is duplicated to SkySpark by an hourly task.
Meter Data Heatmap: for one selected meter, display energy or volume interval data as a heatmap, for easier identification of daily or weekly patterns.
Schneider PME Database Integration: browse available channels in Schneider PME sql database, and integrate new meters or new channels / quantities into SkySpark.
Sensor Calibration: associate temporary logger and measurement period with a permanent sensor, compare readings and determine sensor calibration parameters.
Time-of-Day Heatmap: display the selected point's trend on a heatmap with the date on the x axis and the time of day on the z axis, for easier identification of daily or weekly patterns.
Work Order AI Summaries: generate location summaries and equipment / asset summaries based on work order information, as well as other information available in SkySpark. Summaries are automatically generated by dedicated tasks, for assets and locations in recent work orders, with a maximum refresh rate of once per day.
Zone Heatmaps: display selected measurement across all zone spaces in a particular group over time. Appropriate for visualizing schedules and system interactions. Particularly useful for visualizing zone requests to an AHU over time. A collection of several views corresponds to different ways to group zones: by AHU, by floor, by building (site).
Zone Trend Viewer: for a selected zone, display a pre-configured selection of useful trends, with grouping and formatting. The Zone Browser view uses the same underlying function, but shows a list of zones in a selected building, for easier browsing.
AHU Economizer Trends: for a selected AHU, display trends relevant to evaluating the operation of an outside air economizer. Apply filters and toggle between time plot and scatter plot.
Assisted Lambda Tuning: analyze trends from a step change to perform open-loop tuning.
Long Term Metrics: process, group and display trends for selected long-term metric. Switch to Table view for overall summary.
Maximo Assets: query Maximo for assets that match the provided filter. Also query specifications for the identified assets. Display a formatted list of matching assets.
Monthly Sums: for one selected meter, sum up energy or volume interval data over multiple calendar months.
OCx Deficiencies Report: read-only views to browse active OCx deficiencies, as well as historical deficiencies.
Sitewide AHU Heatmap: display selected measurement across all AHUs over time. Appropriate for visualizing schedules across campus, and for comparing AHUs. Selectable measurements include supply fan status, supply fan speed, duct static pressure, hot water valve command, supply air temperature, etc.
AHU Explorer: browse AHUs in a selected building, and display equip tags, sub-equips, points and associated zone spaces.
Air Quality: collection of views to manage Berkeley Lab air quality sensors and visualize associated statistics and data.
Custom Regressions: set up custom regression models and display modeled data, actual data, and model parameters.
Electricity Meter KPIs: pre-computed energy, power and uptime metrics for electricity meters with available interval data.
Fume Hood Sash Heights: for a selected building's fume hoods, calculate and display approximate sash height based on fume hood airflow and fume hood width, if available.
Plant Trends Viewer: for a selected plant, or an individual chiller or boiler, display a selection of trends related to a specific topic, such as "staging" or "flow".
Sitewide Plant Load Heatmap: display output load across all plants over time. Appropriate for comparing plant operation across buildings.
Zone Air Change Rates: for all zone spaces in a selected building, retrieve area and height information, as well as minimum airflow setpoint data and actual airflow measurements, then compute and display air change rate (ACR) statistics for a selected period of time.
Zone Temperature and Airflow Schedules: record target / design schedules for zone temperature setpoints and setbacks and/or zone airflow setpoints, and compare with observed zone operation. Display statistics to evaluate discrepancies.
